Khadiya Sankoh-Henry
Bio:
Khadiya Sankoh-Henry is a Descendant of West African and which her parents are from Sierra Leone. Khadiya was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and she grew up in Coney Island Brooklyn, New York. In 2002, Khadiya relocated to Greenville South Carolina where she started her career in Aviation because of her love for airplanes and their operations. Khadiya is a wife and a mother of four children three on Earth and one in heaven. She was formally a member of the Board of Trustees for Beyond Housing and an active member of the New Poe Mill neighborhood association as a treasurer. Khadiya is also the CEO and Founder of the Lion's Den Outreach Prison Ministries where she writes brothers and sisters who are incarcerated with letters of encouragement. Her motto is "Strengthening, Restoring, and Building Bridges between Families." God also blessed her with laughter for Christ Ministries where she portrays her character Ms.Suga Sweet Cane aka Sug as a Christian Comedian. In 2019, she won the ACHI Magazine Award for "Comedian of the Year Award" along with the "Women Of Strength Award."
Khadiya received and won the "When Girlfriend's Gaither 2021 Women Of Influence Award." In 2022, she hosted the first ACHI Magazine Award Red Carpet in Charleston SC.
In 2023, Khadiya was a Recipient of Radio Host of the Year, and also created her own shoe line "Fa'Vah by Diya Diya The Cousin's Edition." God opened up another door in March of 2019 for radio Khadiya to become an Independent Radio Personality with her own radio show as an Editor, Executive Director, and Producer of "The Underground Praize Mix Radio-Show" on YouTube.
Khadiya believes "If you keep God first the rest shall follow."Â
